Good price, great people, easy experience
Great experience from start to finish. Nick did a great job explaining the car’s features in detail, and gave my wife and I the space we needed to make our decision. He was informative without being pushy. Once we decided to purchase the car, we worked with Tom and Dave who were friendly and honest and made the whole process super easy. On top of that, everyone stayed after closing time to wrap up the sale. Based on the fact that my wife and I bought a relatively inexpensive used vehicle, I can’t imagine the dealership was making a ton of money on the deal, but that didn’t prevent the people here from treating us like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would absolutely buy from them again.

I like the truck very much but do not think it was prepped very good I know it was a used truck but it was not cleaned very well being a non smoker it smelling like an ash tray does not make me happyI will be paying some one to clean in side and out to remove the stink and the yellow paint off of it

I went in to Dover looking for a great year end deal. My truck that I had to trade was not going to pass Massachusetts annual inspection without a great deal of work. They showed me 3 Silverados that they thought would be what I needed. When asked what I was willing to pay (with trade) I gave them a price and they came close to matching it. Close enough that I bought the truck! I am very happy with it. It had a recall on the breaking system and the service department reached out to me and the repair was handled expertly . By that I mean on time with no sudden add on to the work needed. I am very happy with Dover Chevrolet.

Laudatory Customer Service from Shawn Turner
When I called Shawn after he returned from Vacation to inquire if he had the time to show me a particular Colorado I saw on line, he did not hesitate. I asked if 0900 would work for him, and he said it would. He arrived on time, and pulled the Black Midnight Colorado up to the door. I took it for a short ride, and upon return I purchased it. Shawn made the experience a breeze, and I drove it off the lot approximately 4 hours later. He is very kind, sincere and detailed. I have to give credit to to the congeniality of the entire Dover Chevrolet showroom crew, and an exceptional nod to the Service Department that over the last 5 decades has always treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism. When I have a problem with my trucks and call them with my concerns, the response is always "Bring it in, and we'll take a look". I always recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Very Happy with my new Tahoe
Dave was awesome, he got everything all together by the time we got there from our 2.5 hr drive from Maine! We took our Tahoe for a test drive and loved it. The paper work was already for us to sign and we were in an out so quickly. all staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable! We are extremely satisfied and please with our vehicle and Dover Chevrolet’s customer service.
