    For the first time I am disappointed with the Service Advisor, Shelby. I asked twice the cost of a coolant flush and was told $250 so I gave the approval. When the invoice came it was $347. This is not right. This would never happen if Jennifer Ryan was my advisor.

    Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection and my husband and I went across the street for lunch. I received a text from Jen, complete with pictures, telling me I needed new brakes. We approved the service and finished our lunch. After December, New Hampshire will no longer require inspections. We’ve decided to have our car inspected by them once a year anyway. We’re in our 70’s and happy to have them to look out for us. A big thank you for always giving great service.
