    No temp plates available, forced to drive to Northwood, NH to register the vehicle. Once I returned from that excursion, I was told that the vehicle had not been inspected and that the technician had gone to lunch, after the amount of time I spent on unnecessary tasks, I chose not to wait until people returned from lunch. I am scheduled to drive once again to Dover for the prepaid inspection.

    The interaction with the staff at the dealership was great. Emily checked me in and even provided me with a quote for tire replacement, as required. The technician was fabulous. He was clear and knowledgeable in the video he sent me about the issue with my husband’s truck. My complaints would include that staff do not answer the phone. We tried several times to call to make an appointment, but no one answered. I scheduled the appointment online. The website is not user-friendly (even for someone in their mid 30s!). Apparently I scheduled the appointment as a diagnostic appointment only (I didn’t even know that could be an option). Luckily the staff were able to squeeze me in to repair the issue immediately. Also, the link showing the layout of the dealership and where to pull in for service does not work.
